As the primary officer of the Jack Micheline Foundation for the Arts, I would like to provide my public endorsement and support for your project and I encourage all others who are proponents of the arts to stand with me in this endorsement and offer whatever possible to assist your organization.
Further, I realize how important it is for the city of San Francisco and the world at large for this project to be successful and as such, I will be providing your library a variety of artifacts for you to utilize in your project.
My father's magnificent fire and determination was driven by the lack of truly public access to his and many other artists' work. Having both onsite and online access points for your library is very important and much needed.
